ดีไซน์ของผ้าบันดานาผืนนี้อ้างอิงจากลายบันดานายุค 1950s ที่มีอยู่จริง ซึ่งรู้จักกันในชื่อ “Horseshoe Pattern”

บันดานาจากยุค 1950s เป็นไอเท็มที่ได้รับความนิยมในหมู่นักสะสมมาอย่างยาวนาน

ลวดลายสไตล์ Western จากยุค 1950s ไม่ได้เป็นที่นิยมเฉพาะในกลุ่มนักสะสมบันดานาเท่านั้น แต่ยังได้รับความนิยมในหมู่นักสะสมของยุค 1950s โดยรวม จนปัจจุบันแทบ หมดจากตลาดไปแล้ว

ลวดลาย Western ถูกนำไปใช้กับสินค้าหลากหลายประเภท โดยได้รับอิทธิพลจากความนิยมของ Tourist Ranch ตั้งแต่ช่วงปี 1940 เป็นต้นมา

สไตล์นี้ไม่ได้ถูกนำมาใช้เพียงในงาน Textile Design เท่านั้น แต่ยังถูกนำไปใช้ใน Shoe Design และ Industrial Design เช่น รถยนต์ อีกด้วย และในช่วงยุค 1950s ยังมีรายการโทรทัศน์และภาพยนตร์จำนวนมากที่มีธีมเกี่ยวกับเด็ก ๆ

ด้วยเหตุนี้จึงอยากนำดีไซน์สไตล์นี้กลับมาอีกครั้งในรูปแบบของไอเท็มจาก Dry Bones และนำมารวมอยู่ในซีรีส์บันดานา

ลวดลายหลักยังคงเหมือนกับ Vintage Original แตกต่างเพียงส่วนคำว่า FAST COLOR

บริเวณนี้ยังใส่รายละเอียดคำว่า ALL COTTON และข้อมูลอื่น ๆ เพิ่มเติม
ให้ความรู้สึกเหมือนกับการ เลียนแบบเครื่องหมายช้าง (Elephant Mark) ที่มักพบในบันดานา vintage

วัสดุเป็น Cotton Sheeting 100%

ขนาดของบันดานาคือ 22.5 นิ้ว (57 ซม.) × 21 นิ้ว (53 ซม.)

ขนาดนี้ถือเป็นขนาดมาตรฐานที่พบได้บ่อยใน Vintage Bandana และเป็นขนาดที่เหมาะสมที่สุดสำหรับการตัดผ้า cotton sheeting มาทำบันดานา

ในอดีตวิธีการย้อมสีจะใช้เทคนิค Discharge Dyeing หลังจากย้อมพื้นผ้า
แต่ในญี่ปุ่นปัจจุบันแทบไม่สามารถใช้วิธีนี้ได้แล้ว เนื่องจากปัญหา มลพิษจากกระบวนการผลิต

จึงใช้เทคนิคพิเศษที่เรียกว่า “Tweezers Dyeing” เพื่อให้สีออกมาเหมือนกันทุกผืน

ด้วยเหตุนี้ ลวดลายจึงดูเหมือน ย้อมเหมือนกันทั้งด้านหน้าและด้านหลัง เช่นเดียวกับของต้นฉบับ

ขอบผ้าทั้ง 4 ด้าน ทำสี Off-White แบบ Discharge Dye และเย็บด้วย Single Needle

เราออกแบบให้เนื้อผ้าและสีดูเหมือน ซีดจางตามการใช้งาน เพื่อให้ได้อารมณ์แบบวินเทจ

บันดานาชุดนี้ถูกออกแบบโดย นักสะสมบันดานา
