Launched in 2006, Pronto was one of the first multi-label stores located in Siam Square, the heart of the fashion district of Bangkok. Out of passion for denim, the management team had set out to build the store into a place where consumers can find the best labels from around the globe which were never before available in Thailand. This concept gives the opportunity of having new products in store on a constant basis and the ability to adapt to the trends.
The main focus has never been solely about product selection but also customer service. Every staff member is trained to give proper advice on appropriate fits for the different body types of customers as well as to offer complimentary alterations if needed. All staff would be able to tell the story behind each brand precisely. In 2008, the next step was taken. As the size of the store became too compact for the growing list of labels as well as the line of customers, Pronto launched it’s new flagship store in Central World plaza stocking not only denim but total look, from tops, footwear and accessories that compliment the store’s concept.
Now Pronto is located in all of Bangkok’s biggest and most popular locations such as Siam Paragon, Central World, Central Chidlom, Central Ladprao and Siam Square.
